First steps...
The first step is to contact me by phone or email. I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone conversation. At this initial contact, if you choose, we can arrange a Zoom or telephone consultation. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions at this stage. At the consultation we can think about how we might work together and if counselling would be beneficial for you.
The consultation fee is £80 for an hour and a half.
Fees for on-going sessions of 50 minutes will be agreed during the consultation process.
I offer a limited number of sessions at a reduced rate for people on a low income, please talk to me to see my current availability.
